Sale agreement and settlement, 1902 and 1910
Agreement dated December 11, 1902 between Sakinah, daughter of the late Karbalayi Husayn Muqanni [well-digger] and wife of the late Darvish Husayn, and Darvish Ghulam Riza, son of the late Darvish Muhammad Husayn, selling parts of a building in the Aqa [or Aba] neighborhood for twelve tumans, and a settlement dated August 10, 1910 between Sakinah and her son, Darvish Husayn, exchanging all of her belongings, except her clothes, which belong to her daughter, for one hundred dinars and one charik of wheat.

Settlement between Riza Quli Khan and his mother, 1893
The second wife of Mirza Fazl Allah Khan [Agha Baygum Khanum] transfers the ownership of all her belongings (including whatever she owns until her death) to her son, Riza Quli Khan, in exchange for one hundred dinars. The condition is that Riza Quli Khan will be responsible for the food and clothing expenses of his mother as long as she lives. Moreover, after her death, he shall spend fifty tumans of his own money for the funeral expenses. A male slave, named Qanbar, and a female slave, named Tuti, are included in this settlement. Settlement between Ma‘sumah Khanum, daughter of the late Muzaffar al-Dawlah, and her husband, Hamid Mirza Yavar [artillery colonel], over her paternal inheritance for one charik [unit of weight] nabat. On June 4, 1880, Hamid Mirza Yavar transferred all the inheritance to Ma‘sumah Khanum for some nabat [crystal sugar] and one misqal [unit of weight] of silver.
